The Aluminium framing that surrounds the partitioning and the skirting
can be manufactured with various options.
1. SAA, which stands for Satin Anodised Aluminium, is simply a plain Aluminium finish.
2. Colourframe, which is powder coated sprayed aluminium, can be sprayed to any RAL colour and is available as
quickly as 14 working days.
Vinyl
There are over 40 different colours to choose from amongst the Cheviot and Lambourn patterned types of vinyl, which all fall into our budget range of partitions.

Our budget type partition is a plain Aluminium framed H section with 50mm honeycomb plasterboard. The plasterboard is then decorated each side with a washable vinyl which can be chosen from a huge range of varying textures and colours. Skirting is then fixed to the wall (our standard skirting is 100mm black plastic) which also can be chosen from a range of size, colour or material. As an alternative the above can be powder coated aluminium to suit company colour schemes.
The diagram above shows the different types of frame that can be achieved. From left to right1.Solid plasterboard or fully glazed from the top of the skirting to the ceiling. 2. Half glazed with glass from a mid point transom up to the ceiling. 3. Mid glazed with two transoms, the upper usually level with the top of doorframe. 4. 3/4 glazed with glass from top of skirting to a transom level with the top of doorframe. |
These offices have been built on top of a mezzanine floor which was previously used for a small amount of storage. Jumbo stud partition was used to provide a robust wall with insulation inside the cavity giving marked sound insulation properties.
